The blues

I am just not feeling like running at all… I mean AT ALL. I went out Friday, and before that Christmas Day, and before that… two weeks before! I have a race coming up and should be fine tuning for it, instead, I am going to be in total survival mode from the beginning due to my total and complete lack of training of any sort. Is anybody else feeling this way? I just have not the first desire to lace up and run… I am interested to hear how the rest of you combat this bluesy funk… Let me know if you read this and have any ideas.
