Nice cool day today in lovely West Virginia… almost missed out on my run, but it worked out and I was able to get out there and enjoy the cooler than recent weather. We’ve been having some pretty hot days with a lot of thunderstorms and such, but today it was only 60 or so with some overcast/sunny skies.. perfect running weather. I headed out up Overlook and ran part of the Frozen Sasquatch race course. I was going to cut it short at the base of Beech Glen and follow Polly Hollow out to the road and back but I was feeling pretty strong so I went ahead and ran up Beech Glen and down Wildcat and then along the road back to the car.. nice 8 miles but not a great avg pace, however I am feeling stronger and more fit. The B12 maybe? Maybe a mix of that and the increased time out on the trails and on the tread mill? Hoping to take advantage of the mid 70’s weather tomorrow and get a longer run in after work. Thanks for reading.
